1. Data we collect
When you subscribe: your email address and billing information, collected and stored by Stripe.
When you use the app: your license key and an anonymous device identifier (to enforce the device limit).
If you tell us: your Mac setup (model, chip, macOS version), as you type it after purchase or in the support form. It is used only to test and troubleshoot the app.
On the website: cookie-less audience measurement, run in-house with no third party involved. Your IP address is never stored: it is only used to compute an irreversible hashed identifier, which lets us count distinct visitors within a month. That identifier changes every month and cannot be used to track you beyond it.
Also on the website: technical logs (IP address) for security and rate limiting.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Performance of the contract: managing your subscription, issuing and verifying licenses.
Legitimate interest: service security, fraud and key-sharing prevention, anonymous statistics.
3. Processors
Stripe (payments, USA), Vercel (hosting, USA), Upstash (technical storage, USA).
Transfers outside the European Union are governed by standard contractual clauses.
4. Retention
Subscription data is kept for the duration of the contract, then archived as required by law (accounting: 10 years).
Device identifiers and technical logs are kept for a maximum of 24 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights: support@macosfighttactics.com.
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France: the CNIL, cnil.fr).
