Terms of sale and use

1. Purpose
These terms govern the subscription to the OS FIGHT TACTICS software (“OSFT”), published by K-DEV Solutions LLC (a U.S. limited liability company), EIN 38-4364217, which lets you play Teamfight Tactics on macOS.
By subscribing, you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Price and payment
The subscription costs US $3 per month, or US $20 per year on the yearly plan, plus any applicable taxes based on your country of residence. Promotional codes may reduce this price (launch offer: US $1.50 per month with code TFT10).
Payments are processed by Stripe. No card data ever passes through our servers.
The subscription renews automatically at each term (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
3. Term and cancellation
There is no commitment. You can cancel anytime from the “Manage my subscription” page on this site.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period; access remains active until then.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under EU law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period.
By requesting immediate access to the service (your license key is delivered as soon as payment completes), you consent to its immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has been fully provided.
Refund requests can be sent to support@macosfighttactics.com; good-faith requests are reviewed case by case.
5. License
The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, usable on one active Mac at a time. You can switch Macs anytime from the customer area.
Sharing, reselling, or publishing your license key is prohibited and results in suspension of the license.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.
OS FIGHT TACTICS is not affiliated with Riot Games or Google. You install games yourself, through your own Google Play account, in accordance with each game’s terms.
Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid over the last 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the laws of their country of residence. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
